Amanda Todd is a full-time Realtor and single mother of three young children. Todd dove into real estate going from being a stay-at-home mom to a full-time Realtor less than two years ago. In that time, she has closed over $20 million in real estate and still manages to drop off and pick her kids up from school every day.

She is passionate about quality relationships with her clients and very savvy at problem-solving and juggling their needs, all while attending to her family and keeping them as her top priority. She was the Breakthrough Agent of the Year in 2014 for Realty ONE Group in the Sacramento Area and she is in the top 2% of Realtors in Placer County. In a six week period she was able to successfully close 11 transactions, run a full marathon, volunteer in each of her kids classes at school each week and attended two school field trips, all while staying happy, healthy, upbeat and enjoying life!
