Regina P. Brown is the broker/owner of California Coast & Country Homes, as well as a speaker, trainer, and technical writer for RealtyPro Advisor.  Her first published book and ebook “Buy Your First Home” received rave reviews from both real estate agents and home buyers.  Regina’s new books for the real estate industry this year include: “Learn the Lingo of Houses”, “2017 Goal Achiever”, and “The PlayBook Game Plan”.

Regina recently completed her Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Forbes School of Business at Ashford University, building upon her dual A.A. degrees in Real Estate and Small Business Administration.  She is currently finishing her MBA degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship at Azusa Pacific University, highlighting her passion for both housing and entrepreneurship.  Regina earned a Technical Writing Certificate so she could reach more people, more effectively, through written communication.

Ms. Brown hails from San Luis Obispo’s central coast and currently is headquartered in Carlsbad.  She holds memberships in several professional Realtor® associations.  She is an e-Pro Realtor®, GREEN Certified, and nearing completion of her GRI designation.  You’re just as likely to find her sitting in a classroom being a student, as well as teaching in front of her peers.  She has served in professional organizations including Realtor® Associations, Women’s Council of Realtors®, ToastMasters, and the San Diego Speakers Guild.

As an admin for the popular Lab Coat Agents group on Facebook, Regina regularly interacts with over 47,000 real estate agent members.  She has developed a large social media following with her many sites on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, ActiveRain, and other blogs.  She has been quoted in professional journals, interviewed on radio shows, and is respected as a thought leader in the real estate industry.

Regina’s passion is helping entrepreneurs and small business owners succeed with her maxim “A rising tide lifts all boats.”  That driving force motivates her to contribute, share, and help her real estate colleagues elevate the standard of professionalism in our industry.
